1. Overview

This website is operated by The Happi Store (“Happi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting thehappistore.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, complete information when you place an order or create an account.

3. Products

Our tees are printed on demand by third-party print partners. We do our best to show product colors and prints accurately, but colors can look slightly different on your screen and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order products. Garment measurements in our size guide may vary by up to 1 inch.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice. Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, the Happi name and logo, text, photos and other content on this site belong to The Happi Store or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a tee gives you the right to wear and enjoy it; it does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or resell our designs.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us content (such as photos or design ideas), you confirm it is your own and does not break any law or anyone else's rights, and you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display and share it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to submit false orders or information.

9. Third-party services

The site relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, print partners and carriers. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms and our Shipping & Returns policy, the site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happi Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless the consumer laws of the place where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.
